Transcultural Assimilation Program (TAP)

Transcultural Assimilation Program

The AdventHealth Transcultural Assimilation Program (TAP) provides an opportunity for international nurses to successfully transition and assimilate into the United States healthcare system. The international nurse is provided a pathway for success as they complete a comprehensive program designed to enhance personal and professional growth.
